About
My research interests lie in the social geographies of difference with a specific focus on sexualities and genders. I have sought to create knowledges that effect positive social change, in part through creating collaborative and cross-sector (academic, activist and policy) networks and outputs, my work opens new questions about the intersections of geographies, sexualities, sex and gender.
My research projects to date have included: Count Me In Too (www.count Me In Too.co.uk); Queer Spiritual Spaces (www.queerspiritualspaces.com); Feminisms and Festivals, undertaken at Michigan Womyn's Music Festival; My research on Pride events includes the Do it with Pride project (report here: http://www.brighton.ac.uk/cupp/images/stories/projects/c-k-e/LGBTU/Do_
